Economic Development

The mission of the Economic Development Department is to strategically diversify the Tribe's economic portfolio by deploying capital into alternative asset classes, including real estate and the private markets.

The Department acts as both asset manager and property manager for the Tribe's income-generating properties and undeveloped land holdings.

In alignment with the Tribe's long-term economic diversification goals, the Department identifies, evaluates, and over sees investment and development opportunities.

By actively engaging with institutional investors, development partners, and industry professionals, the Department seeks to deliver high-quality, sustainable projects that generate long-term value and meaningful returns for the Tribe.
