The Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal Court hears:
The Tribal Court exercises specific civil jurisdiction over Indians and non-Indians who either reside on the Agua Caliente Indian Reservation, transact business on the reservation, and/or have consented to tribal jurisdiction, or acted in a way that may bring them within the jurisdiction of the Tribe according to tribal law.
